Order placed: 18/01/2020 An email received advising us that once our package is shipped, a tracking number will be sent. 21/01/2020 A follow-up email received telling us to allow 2-4 weeks for our item to be delivered. 14/02/2020 Our shipping 🚢 tracking number was sent to us 26/02/2020 Item received From the date of purchase, you are looking at just over the 4 weeks (based on a normal business week) although we also live rurally so it takes a couple more days for the postman to get it to us. Due to the fact that we reside in NZ (New Zealand) on the other side of the world, the scare with the corona virus (which made us think it would be further delayed)...our first experience with this company was SUPURB 👌🏼 Thank you for the hassle free purchase of your quality item.
