My initial order was for 2 pairs of Raybans. Only upon making payment was I made aware that one of the pairs had a 5-10 day delay. I accepted that and waited the 10 days. When they hadn’t arrived I emailed to be told to allow 14 working days plus possibly more due to covid. It was only because I emailed them that I received this further information. The other pair of raybans arrived no problem a couple of days after making my order. Unfortunately they were too small so I sent them back and have now received an email to say the refund takes up to 14 working days. To me that is far too long. So to sum up fashion eyewear, if your glasses are in stock and your happy with them then great, if not the after care is shabby.
