I waited 3 months for my glasses, when they finally arrived they hadn’t put my prescription in!
I was informed if I just send them back they’ll put the prescription lenses in. I chased my order once returned only for them to say they no longer have the glasses in stock!
No explanation, despite numerous emails. After getting nowhere I had to put an Amazon payment claim in which was the only way I could get my money back. I’m glad I paid with Amazon payments as I doubt I’d have my money still. Shocking service.
