Avoid if you can.
Giffgaff customer service is non-existent, so avoid having any contracts, as you can't get any support beyond "computer says no" responses.
If you must, use them on the Pay as you go basis, as still very cheap.
However, network quality is going down, so I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
