Just Bought iPhone 12 Pro Max. Refurb … like new grade …
It had a minor cosmetic issue on the rear panel. It looked like a grease smear but wasn’t, but I might have tolerated that BUT 77% battery health is not acceptable, clearly not tested by their suppliers “… to ensure they are in 100% working condition.” What a hassle. I hope the refund process is slicker😒🤞
