A disgrace of a company. Making up excuses and infming me that I had not packaged a phone up correctly for a warranty claim.
Like others here it was a z3 fold. Once again a claim there was a dent.
It left with a black line and was returned with a blank screen.
Don't ever buy a refurb phone from them. Terrible
