1. On few occasions giffgaff jumped up the charge without making any calls or text.
After I complained they added money on my credit.
2. I lost an old sim and tried to contact them by email and member number but couldn’t get through. They promised to send me a replacement sim. I waited for 5 days and had to buy a new sim. They still hold 30£ of mine.
I am stressed and disappointed.
