Do not buy a phone through giffgaff. Recently purchased a phone through giffgaff with next day delivery- AFTER TWO DAYS of waiting I contacted them, just to find out that it was apparently lost in transit. Nobody from the customer service team informed me about the situation, they were just planning to issue a refund without telling me. Yes I will receive my refund, but in a weeks time - so I paid £650 just to get it back in a week. Absolute time waste, they should be more attentive and transparent with their customers. And before you say that this seems like a delivery issue, do understand that the giffgaff team should’ve contacted me immediately when they found out that it was ‘lost’ and not just issue a refund. If I didn’t contact them first, I would have not even known that it got lost.
