Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service, ordered shoes and wedding dress separately, the order was delivered together, the shoes weren’t even in a box. When I needed to return the shoes I was told I would have to sort my own packaging and they wouldn’t offer a refund for delivery even though it all came together. Utterly disappointed.
