Absolutely embarrassing. Ordered a TV.. money landed back in my account without any communication. Ordered same tv from a real company that arrived within 2 days. Then jd Williams illegally took the money back out my account without authorisation and are saying it can take 16 days to refund!! Laughable and embarrassing company. Avoid
