I would give a zero but not an option. I had a fraudulent account opened in my name so I got on touch with them and I went through all the fraud department forms and stuff and was told the account was closed and I didn't need to take any further action and every month since they have sent me a statement saying I owe them and now my credit score is terrible and I have to get in touch with them monthly just to get the reply we will email you within 48 hours and then I get nothing from them worst company ever
