Awful experience from start to…hang on they’ve still not sent me the product!
I bought my son a switch 2 for his birthday in line with their expected delivery.
They’ve now told me this isn’t possible and will be another 10+days - they’ve my money and to cancel I need to send one accessory back before they can start to process the refund. Absolute joke of a customer service (abroad!).
I regret buying this from them - never again!
