Ordered a Memory Foam Mattress for my 98 year old Mother hoping that this might help her sleep but it was to soft and she could not get in or out of it, this unfortunately will be the case in any Mattress we buy. Contacted Mattressman to return item and although we didn’t buy the protection item they were happy with the photos we sent and the explanation that Mum did not sleep on it to take it back. They organised the protective cover to put over it and a guy to pick it up. We had our refund minus the pick up fee, they kept us informed on all the process. Very happy Thanks Gareth
