Terrible experience with Mattressman. Their policies are unclear and misleading — you have to pay extra for a trial and buy a mattress protector just to qualify. Unlike other companies offering 100-night guarantees, Mattressman makes everything complicated and expensive.
They also don’t refund price differences and charge extra to collect a mattress if you exchange it. Absolutely unacceptable! I feel completely misled and will never buy from them again. I strongly warn others to stay away.
