The sales team in Northampton were great but they don't explain the 60 night trial very well!
After trying out my mattress I emailed to ask if i could exchange it under the 60 night trial and was asked to supply photos of the mattress and also the bed base before they could go ahead with an exchange.
After already explaining that I lived alone and struggle lifting the mattress they still expect you to take the mattress off the bed base and send photos over.
Now here is the catch. The mattress I wanted to exchange for had gone down dramatically in price and if I had opted for that they would not refund me the difference of the more expensive one I already had but if you opt for a more expensive mattress you have to pay the difference. Not sure how this is fair.
So I have paid an extra £160 for another mattress just hoping it will be more comfortable.
I was pressured into making payment for the difference within an hour but just after 10 mins I was called again saying they had noticed I hadnt yet made payment. I WAS AT WORK AND BUSY WITH CHILDREN.
The moral of the story is there is no free trial you have to buy a £35 mattress protector and prove with photos there is no damage they will not just take your word for it.
I will never use this company again. AVOID!
