We bought a king size Charles Bed and a mattress from March Cambridgeshire. We did have to get a different headboard due to minor defeat. Tino from customer care was very helpful in replacing it all and responded quickly to my emails. We had Luke the delivery driver bring the new headboard plus two beautiful pillows as a complimentary gift for a few mix ups. Luke was a very pleasant chap and you could tell he really enjoys his job. So thank you to all the staff who have helped us. Five stars awarded!
