Several long phone calls, kept on hold, to find out why EVRI couldn't deliver my order. Finally gave up, Peacocks assured me they would recall parcel and refund me.didn't happen, had a message from EVRI to say parcel was on my doorstep..5 days before coming back from Spain!
Peacocks didn't refund the parcel, as promised, didn't refund postage. Sent numerous e mails, rang again to be told they are too busy answering calls to address e mails !!! Will not be using Peacocks online again. Appalling communication, terrible experience.
