When shopping on line with peacocks I found that I could take items back to the store for exchange only or I had to post back myself paying postage and claiming it back via PayPal, if I had paid by debit card I could have taken them back to the store for a refund. I emailed for help, waited four days , no reply, so I phoned , customer service not friendly or very helpful. I'm still trying to sort my parcel out
