I strongly advise against using Prestigia.com following my terrible experience. I booked a prepaid 4-night stay at The Carlyle Hotel, arriving on Wednesday, May 14th. Upon check-in, the hotel informed me that Prestigia had reserved only one night instead of four, forcing me to check out abruptly on Thursday, May 15th. Despite having fully prepaid, this mistake was incredibly inconvenient and disappointing.
Attempts to resolve this with Prestigia have been frustratingly ineffective. Their customer service is accessible only via email, and responses from representatives—specifically Hamza R, Yasmina, and Ghita—have consistently promised prompt refunds but have delivered nothing. It has now been over five weeks, and I have yet to receive the considerable refund owed to me.
I’m deeply disappointed by Prestigia’s lack of accountability and responsiveness and genuinely concerned that other travelers might face similar experiences. Proceed with caution if considering booking through Prestigia.com.
