RAC patrol took it upon himself to feel that my sons breakdown was too far from him to attend and cancelled the job but didn't not alert the office so to reassign. I then reported the email which took me half an hour to compile which was then deleted due to timing out.
I have been a member of RAC for many years but this experience has left me with lack of confidence in this company.
