nearly 4 weeks after complaining to Mr Hobday CEO i am still waiting for their so called customer service to answer why i was told to keep driving a car that had an engine light on and was in limp mode and finally i had to pull in and reported it again at 5pm and waited and waited and waited receiving 12 automated messages saying we will be with you shortly till 10pm then as we had waited so long it was going to priority and someone would calls us which did not happen
after a call to them they still ignored at 1am i got a lift home and left the car not hearing anything else but they are still taking the money
