RAC have completely messed up my holiday from start to finish. Myself and my family have had 3 weeks of torture - 4 breakdowns in a brand new vehicle; hundreds of phone calls, waiting for calls to be returned (which never are); waiting for recovery vehicles which don’t turn up or if they do are too small, just left on the side of a road with nowhere to stay for a night because they couldn’t find a hotel within their permitted budget. And oh I could go on.
There isn’t a low enough score for how terrible my experience with RAC has been.
