I broke down on Tuesday morning and recovery was requested at lunchtime, it's been over 52 hours and I still haven't been recovered, multiple conversations with the breakdown team all saying someone is on the way, call backs from management never happened, complaints phone number doesn't work, customer services just put you through to breakdown team, someone could die because of their failures. DO NOT USE THE RAC FOR ANYTHING. I've been a member for 22 years with their top level cover, I will never use them again
