I broke down on one of the hottest days of the year.
I had the dog and my 89 year old mother with me.
I rang them and got a rotten machine.
It asked for my reg , but when I was saying N it was saying M. so frustrating.
So It sent me a message saying type in my reg which I did. Then the stupid thing said I hadn't sent it. I was red hot and fuming. I didn't even manage to get through to them.
Luckily the car started again so I drove home very slowly and stressed.
I have said I want my last direct debit payment back as i am paying fir something I havnt had.
And they are refusing to give me it back.
