Bad experience!!! That is putting it mildly.
My husband waited 5 hrs on a dark lane to be told that you would come the next day in between 09 and 12md.
I tried to speak to someone, what a joke, impossible!!! Do not use the RAC, we will be cancelling our direct debit.
