One of the worse company for breakdown cover. I phoned them to secure me due to car breakdown and I was told why are you driving this time (11pm)? Wait time was over 4 hours.
I phoned them this week to cancel my renewal which was day after renewal date and they charged me £25 for cancellation. One of the worst customer service ever you get from this company, moving to AA now.
