Bought tyres from RAC. Should have been fitted 6th sept 2022 but no one turned up
Called them said garage had the booking but no time
If they had the booking they had the time slot or just turn up on the day
Asked for a refund Not happened!!
Tried calling all day Thursday waiting 1/12 hours each time to be told lines are closed at 17.30 but it’s not 17.30 all day!!!!!
This group is a sham they do not care about customer service!!!
I’m about to issue a charge back which the RAC will have to pay a charge to the bank and receive a black mark
