My experience has been so bad I want to give them zero stars but that’s not possible so I give them one. First of all I had to wait three hours on the Dual Carriageway, and although the man who arrived was calm and helpful (I have no qualms with him) the wait was far longer than the time I was given, especially as I was an emergency. Now I need to get in contact with the RAC insurance but can’t get a hold of anyone, I’m on my fifth try at the moment of writing this. Talking to the insurance is of the upmost importance as a rental car is pivotal for me as I drive to work. What good is having your insurance with RAC if there is never anyone to speak to.
