Do not even bother with these cowboys. It doesn’t matter what they used to be like years ago, they are completely useless now.
I waited 7 hours, never turned up. No recovery, oppressor hire car as stated in my policy. Utter scam. No callbacks, wouldn’t take my complaint, said they wouldn’t even discuss until after 20 working days. Utterly useless.
