Phoned up with a flat Battery at 7-30 pm,call handler said four to five hours as no patrol in area,phoned at midnight for a update,was told would be phoned- nothing!!Now 5-30 am just been told to arrange for today ,I've now got to get a bus to work ,let's see if you come out this evening at 7pm?
