Broke down on the m5 yesterday at 230pm
The rac left us there at the side of the motorway for over 9 hours we had a child and a disabled adult
Out in the rain and wind
The service we received was disgusting rude unhelpful staff
In the end we had to get a family member to pick us up
150 mile each way
We abandoned our vehicle
The rac are not fit for purpose
Please don't waste your money with them.
