Appalling design of a "service" - they sell illegal tickets - tickets that are not allowed for resale and then they don't have a dispute or complaint process.
The service agent tried her utmost to be helpful and explain / defend an absolute mess of a system that she did not invent.
Stubhub is just a broken system to be avoided at all time as it will lead to disappointment for everyone.
