We purchased tickets through StubHub in June for a concert, trusting their so-called “FanProtect Guarantee” (see attached screenshot). The guarantee promises valid tickets or a full refund—don’t believe it.
On the very day we were finally able to download our tickets, we logged in only to find they had ALREADY been transferred—without our knowledge or authorization. We immediately contacted StubHub (less than 3 hours later) and explained the situation. Our case was “escalated” to the fraud department, and we were told we’d receive a call or email with a resolution in a few days.
A full week later, after hearing nothing, we called back only to be told that the “resolution team” had decided our only option was to dispute the charge with our credit card company. That’s it. No help, no replacement tickets, no refund—just a brush-off. When we referenced the FanProtect Guarantee (which is supposed to cover exactly this kind of issue), customer support had nothing to offer.
StubHub’s guarantee is worthless. They do not stand by their promises, and their “support” is just a runaround. If you value your money and peace of mind, buy your tickets elsewhere. This company does not protect its customers.
