Bought tix in April for a July concert. 10 days before the show, received an email saying the seller wanted to move my seats. I OK'd. However, since these were paper tix, I asked to get them immediately. Two days before the concert, I called StubHub to ask where my tix were. First three people were less than useless. "We understand your concern." Fourth person ultimately purchased tickets for me from Ticketmaster. (You read that correctly.) Turns out the so-called Stubhub seller had disappeared. Stubhub marked up my overall cost by approx. $200 to provide horrendous service.
