Never got tickets - worst support policies
ordered tickets for the dead at the Sphere. They never came. We were outside in vegas in 117 degree heat, and waiting for over 30 minutes in the heat. The person on the support line would not authorize a refund even though we never got the ticekts for over half an hour even after I told her my 79 mother was waiting in the heat. In the end we never got tickets. They said they would refund, but we drove 800 miles for the concert.
