Recently bought tickets to an event in Tampa for July 2024 that were supposed to be first row, ringside, on the floor, according to the Stubhub map. However, the tickets turned out to be too good to be true for the price and were in the upper level instead. When I spoke to Stubhub, representatives and supervisors, especially Joe G, who is an aggressive supervisor, they told me that their policy is to either give a refund, or give me comparable tickets, which were now four and five times as much inside since they waited too long to give me an answer. Will never ever use Stubhub again, buyer beware.
