This is a company that has horrible business practices. I ordered a couple tickets to a concert, come to find out we couldn't go. So I was able to resell, the issue is the original tickets wouldn't be transferred to me until day of concert... Mind you I ordered these about 5 months before concert. This was going to be an issue for me to transfer to the next buyer as I was not going to be in cell phone service (I was camping). So I reached out to customer service and they said not to worry and they would take over from there. Well... they never transferred the tickets to the new buyer and they are refusing to refund me the money from purchase. I will not be doing business with this company again! Spread the work..
