I listed my tickets on StubHub for sale with the exact tickets number, section, row, etc and were sold. After the sale of the tickets I was contacted and said the buyers had an issue with the tickets. Since then Ive made several attempts to resolve this matter and cancel the sale if the buyers were not satisfied. The customer service I have received has been horrible, ie being told I would receive a call back from a supervisor which never occurred for over 10 days. Instead of retrieving my tickets back they provided 25% discount to the buyers without speaking with myself, even though I requested my tickets back. I would not recommend using this platform to sell your tickets what so ever.
