No stars. Tried to get a refund for tickets to a concert. Was told they couldn't refund because purchased thru a 3rd party. Don't waste your time on them or seat geek. Both have poor customer service as well as no help whatsoever. Buying ticket master from now. Very costly lesson to learn...
