Scam, bought last minute tickets at the theatre. Site kept crashing. We then kept getting a message saying « L'expéditeur a annulé le transfert de billet. «  basically transfer of tickets was cancelled. Just assumed it was because we purchased last minute. We were surprised to see we were charged - contacted stubhub - they said they can’t refund as we should have contacted customer service. There is no number and site keeps crashing - moreover the message says ticket transfer was cancelled ! Not there is a problem downloading. A bit dishonest - No refund given!
