I purchase two tickets to see Neil Young and Crazy Horse on one day of the Ottawa Bluesfest. Neil Young and Crazy Horse CANCELLED ALL SHOWS for the festival and therefore the tickets should have been refunded. I was even told this by a StubHub customer service rep (and have screen shots to prove it) but NO REFUND WAS ISSUED. 100% BAIT AND SWITCH / SCAM / DO NOT RECOMMEND. StubHub not only makes $$$ through their fees charged on your sale but then they scam you on the tickets you purchase and do a switcheroo and there's nothing they will do to help other than suggest you use their site to resell the tickets at a substantial loss and I'm sure they make a fee on the re-sale too! TOTAL RIPOFF.
