Concert was “postponed” due to inclement weather and rescheduled twice but eventually cancelled June 27, 2024. StubHub refusing ticket reimbursement saying it is postponed and using a May 23, 2024 announcement. Refusing to give us our money back. Isn’t that stealing? Keeping money for a cancelled concert and Germania Ampitheater in Austin REFUSING to put cancelled on their website even though it says all over the internet that the tour is cancelled. Have sent numerous messages to this bogus venue that has fallen on deaf ears. So… StubHub gets to keep money for a concert that is CANCELED . Makes me wonder if Germania Ampitheater is in cohoots with StubHub. Pathetic and stealing from innocent folks We work hard for our money only to be ripped off by a disgusting dishonest company. I don’t get it. It is allowed and despite numerous phone calls and proof of cancellation we are told it is postponed.
