I wish I couldn't give any stars! They have yet to pay me out for ticket sales and are giving me the run around. They sent the payment to an incorrect email address for PayPal, then tell me to get in contact with PayPal to cancel out a payment, which I did. Did a three way call and then they tell me I have to just wait another 14 days, that I didn't need to contact Paypal because they escalated to the payment department. "Lester" was rude to myself and the PayPal representative right from the beginning of the call. He didn't even look at the notes on my account until I told him to, he was just was in a foul mood I guess. Completely unacceptable. I hate StubHub and will strongly suggest you use another company to buy and sell tickets!!
