I haven’t heard anything bad about stub hub. So I decided to purchase my ticket to the concert I planned on going to last night. I pitched my ticket with no problem and I got an email saying it was through a third party and i would get an email from them. I waited a few hours and I got an email from you guys stating “that ticket is no longer available so go back to website and pick out another seat”. How does that even happen? Becasue it absolutely shouldn’t. So I go back onto the website and guess what? Of course there was not any tickets that would have been acceptable for me. So I had ask for a refund and I am still waiting for that refund and I also was not able to go to the concert that I was looking forward to all week. That is all because of STUBHUB! So thanks for nothing other than I will never try to get any tickets from you guys again.
