This is the response we got after them stealing our money. After blossom wouldn't allow us to use the parking pass they are selling. I’m sorry to hear you are wanting to cancel as you were told by the venue that the parking pass would not be valid. Since the tickets have been made available to you by the seller, at this time we are not able to cancel the order. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to issue a refund. In this case, we were not contacted within a time frame that would allow us to investigate what happened and try to fix it. I’m sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
