I think this is the first review I've ever made of anything.
Purchased three mobile tickets to a concert but was not able to accept/download them. I eventually called customer support so I could get a refund.
Two different representatives told me I'd receive an email and would be able to claim a refund. Finally got an email but there was no option to request a refund.
When I called back (for the third time) the representative told me I could not get a refund. I'll never be using stubhub again.
