The person from whom I purchased the tickets never changed the email that was connected to the tickets I purchased. When we got to the venue, I was informed that the tickets did not belong to me even though I had email confirmation. It also took multiple attempts for the tickets to show up in the Ticketmaster website. Even after showing the person who was responsible for helping people with online tickets, she told me that they belonged to someone else. Apparently the price was also extravagantly more expensive than the venue. The box office was able to fix the error and find my seats after realizing that the original owner had not corrected the email; however, we missed 2/3 of the first half-even though we were at the performing arts center 20 minutes prior to the show starting. I was very disappointed and frustrated, especially since it was my children’s first live show and they were originally told that we would have to get a paper to get a refund and would not be able to watch the show.
