One hr prior to the event i had not received the tickets. Then I received a notice that they were no longer available. After two hrs with customer service at stubhub I received a link to select alternative tickets or get a refund. Stupidly I chose alternative tickets. Got to the venue and tickets still not available. Called stubhub again and was told I would get a link to get a refund. 40 min after the event had started I received the tickets. Called stubhub again and rep Kim, not helpful at all, basically said that it was my problem and to dispute the charges with my cc company. Extremely poor service. Is the expectation that customers are to be waiting at the venue, 40 min after the event starts.. and hold they will get their tickets? Horrible company. Will never use them again.
