Stub hub is terrible. I listed Indianapolis Colts tickets for sale. Stub hub recommends uploading your tickets immediately to expedite the sale. I uploaded the tickets Now Stubhub emails and says they do not have my tickets. I cannot do anything to correct this. My ticketmaster account which the Colts use say the tickets were already sent. I have uploaded other Colts tickets as well and the stub hub web site is saying tickets not uploaded yet. I will never use Stubhub again. I not only cannot sell the tickets, but I cannot use them either as the Colts/Ticketmaster account says they have already been sent. Colts ticket operations suggested not using Stubhub again as well.
