Horrible customer service. Originally bought tickets to an event on stubhub. They had no difficulty getting paid by me. Weeks later i realize i cannot attend this event. I call stubhub and they say i need to sell them on the site again. I attempt to list the tickets and ec time I try to upload a proof of purchase...the site gives me no option. I lost count how many times I spoke with a customer service rep and it was always the same frustrating experience with no help or solution. Several times I simply suggested to a person i was speaking to if they can simply manually added proof of purchase for me since the option was never appearing. I had downloaded the original receipt of the purchase, therefore I would have emailed it to them and they could have manually uploaded to my listing Their reply was I needed to do it through the email they would send me that requested the missing info. Each time time I received an email, it never allowed me to upload anything. Explaining this to them repeatedly fell on deaf ears. At 2 different times I was told that someone from stub hub would call me with a solution within an hour. I never received a call back. I never give reviews, but I can actually say this has been by far THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. The event has passed and I was never able to sell them due to their lack of customer service. I wonder if the mission of their customer service department is to make it a frustrating experience. I will never buy from them and nor would I ever recommend anyone use them.
